Catholic men are invited to become members of the Knights of Columbus or, if already members, complete the Patriotic Fourth Degree during this special exemplification event in Normal, Illinois.
The day will include the Exemplification of Charity, Unity and Fraternity, luncheon, and the Exemplification of Patriotism.
Who Should Attend?
- Catholic men interested in becoming members of the Knights of Columbus
- Knights wishing to complete the Patriotic Fourth Degree
- Priests and deacons participating in the exemplification
Family members and guests are welcome to attend the exemplification and luncheon. Those planning to attend the luncheon should review the Registration Information section below for luncheon pricing and notification requirements.

Registration Information
Priests, deacons and candidates of Neuman Council are sponsored for all fees.
- Exemplification: $70, including lunch
- Luncheon only: $12
- Advance luncheon price: $10 when notification is received by August 26
Required Forms
- Form 100 — Charity, Unity and Fraternity
- Form 4 — Patriotism
Form 4 must be completed in full and presented before 1:15 p.m. to be registered on the day of the exemplification.
Recommended Dress
- Black or dark blue business suit
- White dress shirt
- Dark tie
- Black dress shoes
Active-duty members of the armed forces and full-time police or fire personnel may wear a Class A or dress uniform. Priests and deacons may wear clerical attire.
Longest Distance Award
The candidate traveling the greatest distance to attend the event will participate free of charge. Distance will be determined using the address on Form 4 and Google Maps directions to Epiphany Catholic Church in Normal, Illinois.
Luncheon Notification and Questions
Those attending the luncheon should provide notification by Wednesday, August 26, 2026.
