On Friday, June 20th from 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm the Special Olympics is looking for the Knights to grill burgers, run the food from the grill to the serving area and serve 900 – 1,100 family members & friends on the grassy area on the south side of Hancock Stadium.

If you prefer to only grill, run food, or be a server, please specify that after your name in the signup. Otherwise, we will assume you are good to fill any of these activities.

If you can help, please add your name to our KofC Signup.

If you are interested in helping in other ways this weekend- please go to the Special Olympics web site at https://www.soill.org for information on how you can volunteer.

Setup Outdoor Nativity at Epiphany – 12/14/2024

Due to likelihood of rain Saturday, we are changing the setup to Friday, 12/13 and 1:30 PM. Those who have already signed up have been contacted about the change. If anyone else is available to help at this new time, please add your name to the signup.

We will be setting up the outdoor Nativity at 11:30 AM on Saturday, December 14th.

If we have at least 6 people, it only takes about 30 minutes to bring up everything from the basement and finish the setup in the front of the Church on the Preschool side. Please plan to meet in front.

Christmas Party at Caspers 12/17 from 6 – 8 PM

We are planning a Christmas Party at Caspers, Tuesday December 17, 6-8:00 PM, this would be in place of our regular scheduled meeting. Families are invited and encouraged to attend. The Knights will provide a main dish (fried chicken and pizza). Everyone can bring a side dish or dessert. Please RSVP to let us know the number attending and the side or dessert you plan to bring.

2024 Christmas Parade – 12/07/2024

Our council will have our “Keep Christ in Christmas” entry in the Jaycee’s Christmas parade on Saturday, 12/7. We will be loading up the trailer on the west side of Epiphany between 8:30 and 8:45 AM and will then carpool to the start of the parade (Kinsley Junior High).

We will hand out tootsie rolls as we walk the parade route.

Following the parade, we carpool back to Epiphany. Please note this year we will not be setting up the outdoor Nativity. That will be coordinated with a separate signup on or after 12/14.

If you plan to march in the parade, please add your name below.
